Siebel Application Object Manager Is Crashing On CSSGatewayRegistry::Read (Doc ID 2993236.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Application Object Manager (FINS AOM) is running on two application servers, the crashes are happening more frequently in one of them, the crash has the following call stack signature:
