Siebel Cloud Manager Deployment Fails With The Following Error Siebel File System Count Argument Missing From Lift Execution (Doc ID 2993581.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to deploy a new Siebel environment using Siebel cloud manager post running Lift and Shift execution using lift utility, the process payload fails and the following error occurs in payload response in Postman:

  "Siebel file system count argument missing from lift.yaml"
  ]
  },
  "message": "API failed",
  "status": "failed"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup Siebel environment for lift and shift.
2. Deploy Siebel environment using cloud manager document 2828904.1 and following the link "Deploying Siebel CRM on OCI using Siebel Cloud Manager".
3. Execute payload and check to see if it is successful.
