Symptoms
When attempting to execute an incremental migration plan from DEV to UAT it fails while running the "Incremental Runtime Repository Data Service" step.
On DEV there were two pending IRR for Workspace version 86 and 87, the IRR execution for the Workspace version 86 was successful, but any attempt to migrate the latter failed with the following error in the repimport_*.log file:
2023-10-25 08:40:45 A full RR Migration should have inserted records into S_RR_OBJ_VER - double check the last repository import logs.
2023-10-25 08:40:45 A full RR Migration from a proper DR Workspace is most likely in order to have S_RR_OBJ_VER populated correctly.
2023-10-25 08:40:45 Error reading RR_OBJ_VER_ID from target DB
Steps
1. Generate watermark file on UAT and copy it over to DEV
2. Execute the IRR export for Workspace version 86
3. Copy the exported .zip file to UAT and execute the import
4. Repeat the steps above, but this time the export is for Workspace version 87
5. Any attempt to execute IRR plan to import this Workspace version 87 fails with the above mentioned errors
