Symptoms
After the successful installation of 23.10 on top of existing 22.4 environment, when attempting to login to eComm or eChannel applications the following error is returned on the browser:
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again. [hh:mm:ss]
It works fine when logging to Siebel Web Tools.
STEPS
1. Go to the eComm or eChannel URL
2. The login page is not displayed, the above mentioned error is returned instead
