Siebel Cloud Manager: Accessing Metadata and Files Links from Migration Application does not work (Doc ID 2996163.1)

Symptoms

Trying to access the metadata and files link in migration application is giving errors:

 

This site can’t be reached quantum-0.quantum.<namespace>.svc.cluster.local’s server IP address could not be found.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy Siebel Environment using Siebel Cloud Manager, for details refer to Using Siebel Cloud Manager to Deploy Siebel CRM on OCI (Doc ID 2828904.1)
2. create a conection
3. use conection to create migration plan
4. after create migration plan click on metadata and files link
5. it tries to open another window with following URL and above error is displayed.
