Symptoms
When attempting to perform the Siebel CRM Pub Events Integration with Kafka, the following error occurs in the AOM log:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Implement the Siebel CRM Kafka Integration steps as per documentation: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F26413_48/books/SystAdm/c-Siebel-CRM-Event-Publication-and-Subscription.html#concept_b1d_1cb_5xb
2. Trigger the event subscription.
3. Review the AOM log.
