Application Allows Creation of Duplicate List of Value Records in RR Environment when WS_MIN_VER > 0 (Doc ID 2997653.1)

User is able to create duplicate lov when selecting LOV which is having WS_MIN_VER as 0 and perform Copy Record with same Display Value and Language Independent Code and hence can see two same List of Values from Pick List drop down for the pick list related field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel Application in RR Environment
2. Go to Sitemap--List Of values
3. Query for 'AE Report Type' list of value with Type as EAI_LOOKUP_MAP_TYPE i.e checked from data base that WS_MIN_VER is 0 for the LOV record
4. Select and copy record with the same Display Value and Language Independent Code
5. Save the record and user can able to save the data
6. Click on Clear Cache from List Of Values List Applet
7. Go to Sitemap--Administration-Integration--EAI Value Maps
8. Perform Query on List Applet and check for two LOVs with 'AE Report Type' under 'Type' Field
