Error SBL-DAT-00225 When Trying To Run a Bulk Member Adjustment In A Non-ENU Environment (Doc ID 2997922.1)

Symptoms

In an Non-ENU environment, when trying Adjust Points" using "Bulk Member Admin", it fails with the error below:

SBL-DAT-00225: Il valore immesso nel campo Transaction Sub Type del Business Component LOY ABB Transaction non corrisponde a nessun valore nell'elenco di selezione collegato LOY PickList Transaction Sub Type

SBL-DAT-00225: The value entered in field Transaction Sub Type of Business Component LOY ABB Transaction does not match any value in the bounded pick list LOY PickList Transaction Sub Type

The error happened just after the query below found in the Workflow Process Manager log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the ITA language Application
2. In the Loyalty Program, navigate to the Bulk Membership Administration
3. Process an Action of "Adjust Points"
