Error SBL-DAT-00225 When Trying To Run a Bulk Member Adjustment In A Non-ENU Environment

Symptoms
In an Non-ENU environment, when trying Adjust Points" using "Bulk Member Admin", it fails with the error below:

1. Login to the ITA language Application
2. In the Loyalty Program, navigate to the Bulk Membership Administration
3. Process an Action of "Adjust Points"
