PostInstallDB Run Identifies the Repository Type As RR(RunTime Repository) In Development Environment (Doc ID 2998232.1)

Symptoms

With Siebel 23.11 update, while running PostInstallDBsetup in development environment it identifies RepositoryType as RR(RunTime Repository) in DR(DesignTime Repository) instance.

Below screenshot from PostInstallDB report & command line execution shows the RepositoryType=RR:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:


1. Updated Siebel from 19.x to 23.11, refer installation guide: Installing Siebel CRM in an Update Installation
2. Run PostInstallDB
3. During PostInstallDB, it took RepositoryType=RR instead of DR
