Not possible to Create Record in Administration - Audit Trail in the RR environment as Business Component Values are not displayed in Pick Applet (Doc ID 2999985.1)

Symptoms

When creating a record in the screen Administration - Audit Trail in the RR environment it does not return values for business component name in the picklist to select.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Site Map
2. Go the screen Administration - Audit Trail → Audit Trail Buscomp Field View
3. Create a record in the Audit Trail Buscomp List Applet
4. Edit Business Component field
5. Search for the business component name in the picklist applet
6. Does not return any record

Note: Same steps works fine in Design Repository.
