'Execute Query' Button on the Application Toolbar is not Refreshing the Data on an Applet (Doc ID 3001321.1)

The 'Execute Query' button in the Toolbar is not refreshing the data in applets. When clicking the button, the applet appears to be reloading, but if there are new data, it is not refreshed to the UI.

Expectation is that clicking the button would refresh the data similarly to a blank query.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the application with two different sessions.
2. Navigate both sessions to any list applet. For instance in this case, the 'Opportunity List Applet'.
3. In Session1, make some change to one of the record. For instance, change the value for the 'Sales Cycle' field from 'Data Entry' to 'Submitted'.
4. In Session2, click on the 'Execute Query' button in the Toolbar. The button appears to refresh the view, but the data is not updated and still shows 'Data Entry'.
