Bar Chart Values Displays on Y-Axis is Large Comparing with Maximum value of Actual Data (Doc ID 3002276.1)

Symptoms

The value of the divisions shown on the Y-axis is too large as compared to the maximum value of the actual data to be represented on the chart from bar chart applet

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Go to Service Request Screen
3. Navigate to 'SR Chart - Severity Analysis'
4. Check for the maximum value of the bar and the maximum value of the Y-axis
5. Observed maximum value for the bar is 12 while the maximum value of the Y-axis is 22 which is causing lot of empty space at the top of the chart
