URL Navigation With SWE Commands Lands To White Screen (Doc ID 3002792.1)

Symptoms

When configuring a custom URL to accept contact search criteria and to prompt the user to the list of contacts that fits the specified criteria for second attempt users are retruned with a blank page as below:

To achieve this functionality a custom business service was created which can use SWE commands form the Siebel URL. The business services queries contact records and takes the user to the custom contact list view. First attempt is successful as below:

Sample URL :

https://hostname.<DOMAIN_NAME>:<ai_port>/siebel/app/<aom>/<lang>?SWECmd=InvokeMethod&SWEService=<custom_BS>&SWEMethod=<custom_method>&SearchType=<search_criteria>&RowId=<value>

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Webtools.
2. Create sample Business Service that will be called from the URL using the SWE commands.
3. Add user property GETEnabledMethods on the Business Service and Application user property ClientBusinessServiceN to enable the methods to be called from Browser.
4. In the business service write a logic to search a contact based on the input criteria.
