Symptoms

When attempting to generate Siebel - BI Publisher (BIP) reports after integrating Siebel with Oracle Analytics Publisher (OAP) which is part of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 6.4, the following errors can be seen on the Siebel UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel 23.10
2. Integrate with Oracle Analytics Publisher (OAP).
3. Login to Siebel application and Generate a report.
