Infolet Applet Title Change Is Not Reflected In Home Page (Doc ID 3004234.1)

Infolet Applet Title changes are not getting reflected in Application Home Page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools/ Web Tools

2. Create Dev Workspace

3. Open the Dev Workspace

4. Lock the Project "Symbolic Strings"

5. Create new Symbolic String with below details

Name = X_TEST

Current String Value = TEST

Project = Symbolic Strings

6. Query for Applet "Sales Message Alert List Applet Tiny" and change Title String Reference to X_TEST

7. Login to Siebel Application and Open the Dev Workspace in which Objects has been modified

8. Inspect the Workspace

9. In Home Page Still Infolet Applet title showing as "Activities" instead of "TEST"
