Sky Blue Theme Is Not Being Rendered In The User Interface (Doc ID 3006169.1)

Symptoms

When Sky Blue Theme is selected from the User Preferences and saved, logging back into the Application still renders the Synergy theme.

Browser Console showed that the default "theme.sui.css" was still being used.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In the Siebel Application, go to User Preferences > Behavior
2. Change the Theme to "Sky Blue"
3. Logout and log back in
