Symptoms
Generation of the report with parameters from Siebel application shows the error "Report Has Completed With An Error SBL-RPT-50592" on the browser.
Also XMLPReportServer log records the following error.
SBL-EAI-04117: HTTP Request error during 'Submitting Data SendHTTP request': 'Status code - 500'
SBL-EAI-04308: Operation 'runReport' of Web Service 'http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/service/v11/PublicReportService.PublicReportServiceService' at port 'PublicReportService_v11' failed with the following explanation: "Unmarshalling Error: unexpected element (uri:"http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/service/PublicReportService", local:"item"). Expected elements are <{http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/service/v11/PublicReportService}item> ".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate a report that has parameters from Siebel application.
2. Message "Report has completed with an error.(SBL-RPT-50592)" is shown on the browser.
Changes
- Siebel application 20.4 has been updated to 22.12.
- BI Publisher 12.2.1.3 has been upgraded to Oracle Analytics Publisher 6.4.
