When Performing Kafka Integration, Event Subscription Screen Is Not Visible (Doc ID 3010199.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add the Event Subscription View as per the documentation steps, the view is not visible when trying to select it from the dropdown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Perform PostInstallDBSetup from 22.1 -> 23.7.
2. Login to CallCenter.
3. Go to Administration/Application -> Views.
4. In the 1st applet, add a view.
5. Under 'View Name' Query for 'External Event View'.
6. Notice that 'External Event View' is not visible.

 

Changes

PostInstallDBSetup from 22.1 -> 23.7 and attempt to add a view on views screen.
