After 23.10 Application Hangs after Clicking On RaiseErrorText When Using Custom Error Message Java Script (Doc ID 3012678.1)

Symptoms

After 23.10 siebel udate on RaiseErrorText and application is freezing.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into application
2. Create a new record by click(+) new button
3. Try to save record without required fields -it throws Error Related to Required field is missing
then application completely freeze

Note: Issue happening in vanilla screen as well without any customization.

 There a custom js script, same as described on ALERT MESSAGE KEEPS THE MODAL BACKGROUND AND THE UI IS LOCKED (Doc ID 2252475.1)
