Symptoms
After 23.10 siebel udate on RaiseErrorText and application is freezing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into application
2. Create a new record by click(+) new button
3. Try to save record without required fields -it throws Error Related to Required field is missing
then application completely freeze
Note: Issue happening in vanilla screen as well without any customization.
