After Updating 23.6 Patch EAI Object Manager Component with LDAP Authentication Crashes if User Pass Wrong Username or Password (Doc ID 3014219.1)

Symptoms

User applied 23.6 patch on Siebel 22.10 and observed frequent crashes on EAIObjMgr component which uses LDAP authentication. It was observed crashes are intermittent.

Enterprise log contains below error:

SBL-OSD-02006 Process 9113 exited with error - Process exited because it received signal SIGABRT.

EAIObjMgr log has below errors:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Try to apply 23.6 patch on Siebel 22.10 environment

2. For EAIObjMgr use LDAP authentication

3. Try to pass incorrect user name or password in EAI call for authentication

4. Verify are there any crashes on EAIObjMgr_enu or not
