When Updating Through SOAP UI Custom UTC Fields The Time Is Not Correct It Shows -1 h Only In RR Environment (Doc ID 3016330.1)

Symptoms

When updating date values for custom fields through SOAP, the stored values are 03/19/2024 02:00:00 and 03/19/2024 13:00:00
The expected and provided values are actually: 03/19/2024 03:00:00 and 03/19/2024 14:00:00

This happens only in the RR Environment, the DR environment works properly.

 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create two new custom columns in S_SRV_REQ_X.
2. Ensure that the new columns have physical type UTC Date Time applied and activated.
3. Test from SOAP to pass values for the new fields in DEV >  the accurate values are passed and stored in DB.
4. Test from SOAP to pass values for the new fields in RR   > the values are stored with 1h less.

Changes

 Create custom workflow to update custom date fields in Siebel Application.
