Symptoms
Siebel production deployed with 5 gateway server native cluster across 3 datacenters with 30+ Siebel servers. During restart of enterprise, some of Siebel servers are taking more than 30 minutes to start.
Gateway Architecture:
Gtwy1 + Gtwy2 = DC1
Gtwy3 = DC3
Gtwy4 + Gtwy5 = DC2
