Goal

In ORS (Oracle Real-Time Scheduler) multiple Service Regions for an Engineer is supported. However, Siebel Application only supports one single Region for an Employee.

1- Is it possible to support multiple Service Area assignment in Siebel and the Siebel-ORS integration?

2- Is it possible to have the integration modified to prevent Siebel Synchronization process from overwriting Service Region data in ORS?
