Adding A Field To A Transient BC (TBC) Via Siebel Web Tools Does Not Assign It A Column From S_TU_LOG (Doc ID 3020116.1)

When adding a field to a Transient Business Component (TBC) via Siebel Web Tools, a column is not automatically assigned to the field. If the same is done using Siebel Tools, then a column is automatically mapped to the new field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Siebel Web Tools
2. Locate a Transient BC or create a new one
3. Add a field to the TBC and note that the "Column" remains empty
3. Now Log into Siebel Tools
4. Add a field to same TBC or any other one
5. "Column" is automatically filled
