Siebel Installer is Stuck and Unable to Proceed Further after Entering Siebel Enterprise Components Ports Details (Doc ID 3021025.1)

While doing Siebel enterprise component installation to add a new gateway node, the installer is stuck and unable to proceed further after entering the Siebel enterprise components ports details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel with multiple app servers.
2. Run the installer to setup a new Gateway cluster node on the existing app servers using the existing SES home and SES container ports.
