Symptoms
Post enabling AES encryption for some columns, unable to access or create new data from UI. It is giving error as:

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Create new columns for encryption as mentioned: Configuring Encryption and Search on Encrypted Data
2. Enable SSEP as mentioned: Implementing Siebel Strong Encryption
3. Post restart of server, encrypted data not accessible or not able to create new record for the columns
