Browser Prints Blank Page For Non-Read Only Text Area Controls (Doc ID 3029194.1)

Symptoms

When Printing from a Custom Popup launched from a Text Area Control output is blank.

Behavior started after OS security patches

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Siebel
2. Go to any screen
3. Select Content from a non read only Text Area Control



4. Right Click, select Print  or Select from Browser Menu>Print



Note: Printing entire UI works

But when using selection print, it prints blank

Note: For the reported case, issue was when printing from a customized popup from a TextArea Field, print from original Text Area worked as it was read only, however, when popup was displayed the content was not read only and it was not working.
