Getting SBL-DAT-00320: The specialized method 'ShowPopup' is not supported on the application error on Clicking F9 (Doc ID 3029439.1)

Symptoms

F9 in "Service Request Detail Applet throwing following error After Siebel upgrade from IP 15 to IP 17

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
The specialized method '<?>' is not supported on the application.(SBL-DAT-00320)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Upgraded Siebel IP 17 Application
2. Navigate to Service Requests ==> My Service Requests
3. Click on "Service Request Detail Applet" and click F9
It will popup an error

Changes

 Upgrade from IP 15 to IP 17 or higher version
