Email Sending Daemon Does Not Send Email (Doc ID 3037135.1)

Symptoms

The customer was setting up Siebel Marketing with ESD (Email Sending Daemon).

The 1st test campaign worked just fine and emails were sent via ESD successfully.

But the 2nd test campaign didn't work and no email was sent via ESD. Both object manager log file and ESD.log do not show any error.
