New Added Field Not Returned When Using Standard Webservice "OrderDetailWebService" (Doc ID 3038457.1)

Symptoms

When invoke following Webservice not able to getting the the newly added tags/fields.

 

Webservice Details:
Service Name: OrderDetailWebService
BS Name: PDS Order Detail
Method: Query Page


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add new fields to Business Component "Payment"
2. Add new fields to Integration Object  "PDS Order Detail> IC Payments"
3. Deliver Changes to MAIN
4. Execute the request to webservice
5. New fields are not returned

Note: Verified that when using EAI Siebel Adapter and QueryById against Integration Object "PDS Order Detail" the newly added fields/tags are returned.
