Symptoms


On a Production Regional Node Server, the Transaction Merger (TxnMerge) component was failing with errors: SBL-TXM-00005, SBL-GEN-03006:
This component is not able to run fine even after a restart.



Error codes:
SBL-TXM-00005, SBL-GEN-03006


Extract from the TxnMerge*.log was showing:

The issue could be replicated on that specific environment with the following steps:

1. Let Regional Manager components run (RepAgent, SynchMgr and Txn* ones) and monitor their execution;
2. Notice there are some errors reported for the TxnMerger (Transaction Merger component) - either in Server Management admin views or srvrmgr command line utility;
3. Check the details - and see the reported lines in logs.
