Outbound Web Service Call Returns Errors for a Field (SBL-DAT-00225) + (SBL-EAI-04451) (Doc ID 3038791.1)

Symptoms



On a Production environment, when attempting to call an Outbound Web Service request - these errors are displayed:


* (in UI view):

El metodo 'SetFieldValue' de componente de negocio 'XYZ Contact Product Sys Status BC' (componente de integracion 'XYZ Contact Product Sys Status BC') para el registro con especificacion de busqueda '[XYZ FINS Prod Sys Code] = "Libranzas" ha devuelto el error siguente:
"El valor del campo XYZ FINS Product Sys Status del business component XYZ Contact Product Sys Status BC no coincide con ningun valor de la lista de seleccion enlazada XYZ Estatus Core PickList.(SBL-DAT-00225)"(SBL-EAI-04451)(SBL-BPR-00131)

The issue could be reproduced in that specific environment with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the respective custom view (- XYZ Contact Replica App View)
2. Trigger the action that would invoke that Outbound call (XYZSendToCoreApps) - for instance, by clicking the custom button that would invoke it;
3. See the errors returned.
