Symptoms
When trying to launch Campaigns, Siebel Email Sending Daemon (ESD) is intermittently failing with the error below found in esd.log file:
2024-02-12 12:59:07,398 ERROR c.s.s.c.u.l.Logger [http-nio-8090-exec-10] Encountered fault!
com.siebel.sem.esd.EsdSoapException: Cannot create mailing subdirectory C:\Siebel\esd\state_dir\mailings\00002180
com.siebel.sem.esd.EsdSoapException: Cannot create mailing subdirectory C:\Siebel\esd\state_dir\mailings\00002180
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Setup Email Campaigns from Campaign Management > Campaigns
2. Load and Lunch them
3. Monitor the Campaigns Execution
