Last updated on AUGUST 12, 2024

Applies to:

Siebel CRM - Version 23.10 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a user is clicking on any List Applet, the default focus is not moving to editable row.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In Web Tools
1. Create an integration workspace and under it a new development workspace
2. Navigate to BC > Query for Account
3. Add BC User Prop: BC Read Only Field - Fund Eligible Flag
4. Navigate to SIS Account List Applet
5. Add Applet User Prop: DefaultFocus_Edit - Fund Eligible Flag

In Siebel Application
1. Open the newly created workspace.
2. Inspect the workspace.
3. Navigate to Accounts List screen.

The default focus is on the read only field not the second record.

Changes

Add Applet User Prop: DefaultFocus_Edit to a context where BC User Prop: BC Read Only Field is set.
