Cancel Query Does Not Work With Push Keep Alive

Symptoms
Cancel Query popup is displayed for non-CTI users when CancelQueryTimtOut component parameter is set to a value bigger than 0.
But it is not displayed for CTI users when CancelQueryTimeOut component parameter value is bigger than PushKeepAliveTimer CTI profile parameter value.
The issue can be reproduced with the steps below:
- Set CancelQueryTimeOut component parameter to a value which is bigger than the value of PushKeepAliveTimer CTI profile parameter value.
- Restart the component or Siebel server.
- Login to Siebel client.
- Go to a view and invoke a long running query which will take more than the seconds set to the CancelQueryTimeOut parameter value.
- Nothing happens while Cancel Query popup applet is supposed to be displayed.
