All bar in Siebel Charts are displayed in blue color.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel application.
2. Navigate to Account List View.
3. Create multiple records with different addresses and ensure that the State is updated with different values for different records.
4. Navigate to Sitemap.
5. Search for Charts.
6. Click on charts under Accounts.
7. Now select State Analysis from the dropdown
8. The bar chart is displayed.
9. Notice the color for different bars.
