Infinite Message Loop of the SBL-UIF-00335 Error in the Siebel Object Manager Log File. (Doc ID 3049805.1)

Symptoms

The following error is being repeated over and over again in Siebel Object Manager log file, which is filling up disk space.

SBL-UIF-00335:  We are unable to process your request.  This is most likely because you used the browser BACK or REFRESH button to get to this point.


The error is not showing up when navigating through the views in Siebel application or even when attempting to login into Siebel Application.

When reviewing the Tomcat UI.log located under <siebel_AI_home>/applicationcontainer_external/log the following  errors are generated which matches the timestamps of the error in the session log file.

[ERROR] 2024-05-06 05:20:06.916 [https-openssl-nio-16690-exec-3] UI - com.siebel.swsm.context.SWSMResponseStreamer:WriteBinaryResponse Unable to write response body data to client. : java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Or

“java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine”

The infinite message loop of the SBL-UIF-00335 Error in the Siebel Object Manager log file starts after the error message above has been logged in Tomcat UI.log.
