Unable To View New Task Created In Workspace In Inspect Mode Until Delivered To Main Workspace (Doc ID 3053828.1)

Symptoms

After applying the Siebel 24.2 patch not able to view new Task which was created in Workspace in inspect mode unless it is delivered to the Main Workspace

Step 1 : Web tools Application
---------------------------------
Login to web tools application
Create and Open new workspace
Go to Tasks Object in the Object explorer
Query for Task which is Active say i.e "Asset Contract Task"
Copy the Task and rename to "Asset Contract Task Cloned" and save the record.


Step 2: Call Center Application
--------------------------------
Login to Call Center application
Click on the Workspace icon
Click on the new workspace created and open
Click on inspect
Close the workspace
From sitemap navigate to Application Administration - Task
In the "Registered Tasks applet" ,Click on "+" and created new record.
Click on the Task Name Field opens Pick applet and query for the "Asset Contract Task Cloned" . This should be available.


Step 3: Web tools Application

Now login to web tools
Click on Workspace icon in the Application
Click Version and comments
Submit and Deliver the Workspace


Step 4 : Call Center Application
----------------------------------
Logout of the Call center application and Login to Call center application
From sitemap Application Administration - Task
In the "Registered Tasks applet", Click on "+" and create new record.
Click on the Task Name Field opens Pick applet and query for the "Asset Contract Task Cloned" .
Now this is available.
