Intermittent Session Error "Session Token Is Missing Or Invalid Or Has Expired" For AIA To Siebel And EAIObjMgr_enu crash on MwTestAndLockFile (Doc ID 3063349.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently, the error  "Session Token is missing or invalid or has expired" occurs when AIA (Application Integration Architecture) makes SOAP web service calls to Siebel.
 
In EAI.log at the web server the following error is observed:

[ERROR] 2024-10-25 17:34:12.531 [https-jsse-nio-9001-exec-146] EAI - com.siebel.swsm.handlers.EAISoapHandler:setErrorResponse Inbound SOAP Message - Session Token is missing or invalid or has expired.
