Purpose
Siebel Tools enables you to customize the Siebel eBusiness application to fit your unique needs and to accommodate future needs. This configuration may range from making minor changes such as adding text boxes, to building entire custom applications.
The user interface consists of applets, views and screens. Applets are used for data display and modification, and occupy some portion of the application window. Views and screens are navigational constructs. A view presents one or more applets on screen at any one time in a pre-defined arrangement, and screens are a collection of these views.
This technical note describes how to display totals for numeric fields on a particular kind of applet, called a list applet.
