Purpose

As of Siebel 7.7, the Siebel server is no longer dependent on Resonate for load balancing.  It has been replaced with the option to use either an internal Siebel load balancer (also known as Native Load Balancer) or another third party load balancer, such as Resonate. This technical note details how to use native load balancer with Siebel COM interface and Siebel Java Data Beans interface.
