Symptoms

SBL-EXL-00151, SBL-DAT-00471

We have a Smartscript that was functioning properly and all of a sudden stopped working. The Smartscript error is the following:

"We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
Invalid operation when not executed.(SBL-DAT-00471)"

We are triggering this Smart Script through a button on an applet. The first time we get into this View and click on the button we get the above error.

After we close this error dialogue by clicking the back back button on the message and re-click the Smart Script button, the smart script page appears. However, the Account field which has been pre-defaulted through the Smartscript configuration, no longer pre-defaults and does not function as configured.

We had a previous SR on this same smart script but with a different issues.
