Primary Field not working in Standard List Applet after the Delete of Existing Records

User navigates to the 'Account Detail - Business Address View' and chooses an account that has two addresses of which one of the addresses is primary. User selects the address that is not primary and checks the Primary Flag. The Checkbox is now checked, but if the user steps of the record, the Primary Flag is not checked anymore.
Requering shows the first address is still the primary and not the address that the user wanted to set primary.
