Symptoms
On your bookshelf ITRTables.pdf, EIM_FUL interface table, there is no user-key for S_FUL_REQ_ITEM mapping. Is this true? The same is shown in Siebel Tools. Without any user-keys, how does it know how to avoid duplicates and perform update (or nothing if dup) instead of insert?
