Symptoms

 

  • Inbound XML data is all upper case.
  • Siebel database might have mixed case.
    For example if Asset name is 'ABC Fund' in Siebel, the inbound data would be 'ABC FUND'.
  • In the EAI Object Manager CFG,  Case Insensitive = TRUE.
  • When EAI Siebel Adapter queries to locate the data, it is case sensitive.
