Goal

In the CTI Configuration file, when sending a telephone number to be dialed by the telephone switch, the number can be processed by Dial filters. This is accomplished by using the :Lookup macro.

For example, if the field name is Work Phone #, we would code the statement as Param.PhoneNumber = "{Work Phone #:Lookup}".

How does one use the :Lookup macro from an eScript routine in order to have a field, that contains a phone number, be processed by the Dial filters.
