Symptoms
I have created an MVG on a custom copy of Service Request. The MVG is on a custom BC base on the S_SRV_REQ_XM table. The MVG works fine when the query button is not displayed. The is the scenario:
A query is executed in an MVG applet. The query returns the proper records. The applet is closed and the user returns to the Base BC. When the applet is opened again, the only records displayed in the MVG applet are those returned in the previous query. It seems as though the query is being retained and all records in the MVG are not being returned. If you step onto another screen, then come back to the MVG, all records in the MVG are returned properly.
This was tested on the custom MVG and on the Account Address MVG on Account.
