Symptoms
In our application, we have a requirement to merge contact records. But Merge button is inactive for some of the records. We found in the support web that, we can’t able to merge Employee and Contact records and also found that this button will be grayed out for when contact records are owned by different person
But we have configured the contact applets to show only contact records. And also noticed that Merge button is grayed out for records which are owned by same owner
So, please let us know what are the different situations where merge button will be grayed out.
