We are experiencing errors when running a "Generate New Database". We have successfully generated a new local database template many times in the past. However, we are now experiencing the following error messages:

Successfully loaded ODBC library functions
Successfully loaded ODBC library functions
[Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere]Unable to connect to database server: Unable to start specified database: ???
SQL Message, 08001: [Siebel Database][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere]Unable to connect to database server: Unable to start specified database: ???
[DataDirect][ODBC lib] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed
SQL Message, IM006: [DataDirect][ODBC lib] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed
...
Error creating SQL Anywhere database template file (UTLOdbcConnect DBA/siebelmobiledb)
Error in MainFunction (CreateDbTemplateFile)
(gennewdb.cpp 27(524) err=800004 sys=2) GDB-00004: Error in Main function
Attempting to recover from a DB Connection Loss


This is occuring in our development environment. However we are experience the same error on our two test environments which share the same physical box for their Siebel Server.

Please let us know what might be causing these errors.
