Symptoms
In a Multi-Server Environment, ADM Synchronous Deployment Fails to Notify The Source of its completion.
In the Workflow Process Manager log, the error below is seen:

Data is deployed to Target successfully, however, the Job remains in Running state in Source.
This can be reproduced with the steps below:
1- Have a Siebel Multi-Server Environment
2- Setup ADM Project for an Asynchronous Deployment - Please refer to Siebel Application Deployment Manager Guide > Migrating Customizations Using Siebel ADM
3- Run it
Note: This issue happens when running ADM from ADM UI and from Siebel IP17 Migration Application
